Amazing cafe. We stopped by for breakfast on our way to Auckland. Family run business and it was great. Lovely and very friendly lady who did all the cooking. Very friendly staff as well. Everything we had was delicious. We had Salmon cream cheese in a bagel, bacon butty, various toasties, almond croissant, coffees, mushrooms on ciabatta. Food was amazing. The homemade relish was fantastic.

I was very spoilt today, I was hand delivered, homemade donut & homemade fudge. How spoilt am I. My taste buds are exploding with joy, my soul is full of happiness. Just wow Marie just wow, so impressed.

This is the second time we have eaten here and the food is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best lamingtons I have ever had! Will definitely keep coming back!

This Cafe has incredible food. The beef bugger was delicious, couldn't finish it. As was the loaded wedges and the bene. Staff were mainly students and very good. Only exception was the woman screaming at us when we first arrived as we tried to open the outdoor umbrella. She did not want them opened cos of the wind. Fair enough but there is better ways of telling people. Or remove the umbrellas in the first place. Would definitely go back only will avoid grumpy woman and umbrellas!!!

I requested a family luncheon to be delivered to my home. The large cake was delicious and with a beautifully presented three tired cake stand of outstanding slices and treats. All delivered on time and at a reasonable price. Thank you for the excellent service. I highly recommend to all.

Two of us had soup and scones today as well as a latte, thick shake and afghan. Super service and very clean cate. Won’t hesitate to return when in Waihi. Hand to the ChargeNet chargers at New World.

Very warm and welcoming. Good options for lunch and very tasty. The burrito bowl ,chickpea curry and loaded fries was amazing. The coffee was great too. Very tourist friendly. They have a dessert called ‘slamington’ (a twist on the traditional lamington). We decided to give it a go and ordered orange slamington. It was a nice twist. The lady who runs it came to check if everything was ok. I saw a photo of a waterfall on the wall and enquired if it was local. She took the time out from the busy lunch schedule to direct us to were it was. Thank you for taking the time. We saw the Owharoa waterfalls on our way to the next destination. Thanks again.
